The TOMMY TRIPS Terms and Conditions are governed by the terms and conditions of the providers of the activities in question (hereinafter referred to as the Activity Provider).
The maximum number of passengers for one activity on one date is set according to the maximum possible capacity, subject to the applicable regulations and regulations issued by the local authorities. The set number may not be exceeded.
The minimum age limit for each activity depends on the safety level of the activity and the legislation in force for the area. The activity provider may request documentation confirming that the conditions have been met.
The customer is obliged to respect the instructions of the activity provider and to refrain from behaviour that is contrary to safety regulations and good manners.
Cancellation of the activity by the activity provider
The date and time of the selected activity may change depending on weather conditions or other changes announced by the activity provider.
In the event of cancellation of the activity on the date selected by you, we will find you the nearest possible alternative date or an equivalent offer in the same price range by agreement with you. If this is not possible, we will promptly refund the full amount paid.
Cancellation of activity by the customer
For a full refund, the activity must be cancelled no later than 48 hours before the start of the selected activity, otherwise only a pro-rata refund of the amount paid will be given, less the amount set by the activity provider for booking the date in question.
Some companies provide various additional services, such as hotel transfers, meals and others, which are included in the price of the activity. The provision of these is at the sole discretion of the activity provider and the actual offer of these services is subject to change. TOMMY TRIPS does not guarantee their provision in full.
Payment via PayPal
Tommy Trips uses the PayPal payment system. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with any credit card accepted by PayPal. Visa, Master Card, Maestro, etc.
Payment on delivery
Tommy Trips offers the option of having tickets delivered to your location in the Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos and La Caleta area. This must be done at least 48 hours before the start of the booked activity. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card. For selected activities it is only possible to pay on delivery of the ticket the minimum pro rata part of the activity price, mandatory for the booking of that date, set by the activity provider. The difference in price will be paid to the activity provider immediately prior to the start of the activity.
Any other method of payment must be agreed in advance with the seller.
