Is this trip good for me?

This excursion is suitable for people of all ages.

It is the ideal all-in-one tour if you want to be accompanied by professional guides without stress, comfortably and at a fair price.

How long does this tour last?

This excursion lasts just over half a day, which is more than enough time to get to know the Teide, Masca and Garachico.
You will be picked up from your hotel at 8am and will be back at your hotel between 4pm and 5pm.

What will I see on this trip?

Once there, the tour is interrupted for about half an hour.

There is time for a walk on Roque Cinchado, a strange volcanic rock known as Tenerife’s landmark and shaped like a twisted finger, and to admire the surroundings of the national park. This design was often seen on old Spanish thousand peseta banknotes.

After the stop at Teide, the tour takes you to Icod de Los Vinos, where you can see the famous Drago Milenario, a thousand-year-old tree, one of Tenerife’s most visited attractions. Take photos with this massive tree.

The next destination is Garachico, which used to be Tenerife’s most important port until it was destroyed by a volcanic eruption in 1706. There you will walk through alleys of great cultural and decorative interest and visit volcanic pools – an unforgettable experience.

The last leg of the journey will take you to the hamlet of Masca, whose charm will fascinate you and which can also be seen on postcards all over the world; its beauty is breathtaking.

On the way back to your hotel, you will pass through the town of Santiago del Teide. This municipality of Tenerife is located in the southwest of the island and stretches from the shores of Puerto Santiago to the pine forests of Mount Teide, over an altitude difference of 1000 metres.

Is there a stop for refreshments?

During the tour, there is time for lunch or a snack in a restaurant of your choice, but for hygiene reasons this is not included in the programme. It is optional and not included in the price of the tour.
